PubAD is an innovative query tool for exploring ND-related publications using multiple criteria. Our innovative in-house natural language processing pipeline provides the data supporting this query and visualization tool. The information extracted from AD-related publications includes but not limited to: expert identified key words, dementia types, brain regions, mouse models, co-occurred genes, etc.

GeneAD provides single gene or gene set query. The query result shows: Gene information, such as gene aliases, chromosom location, etc. Gene Module, modules are collected from lastest publications, some are annotated within our team. Differentially Expressed Genes results, give a list of datasets that the query gene is differentially expressed. Cell Marker, list potential cell types that the query gene can be a cell type marker. SingleCell DEG, query gene's differentially expressed results within single cell datasets.

ToolboxAD integrated bioinformatics algorithms and analysis pipelines with processed AD datasets, it allows user to run bioinformatics analysis with a few clicks. The current ToolboxAD incorporated: ID Converter, provides the Gene ID converting capability between multiple gene name databases. OnlineGSEA, which allows users to run Gene Set Enrichment Analysis using gene expression profiles in ADE. PCA Plot, which allows user to explore patients expression profile with clinical features. BioLearns, which allows users to do co-expression network analysis using datasets from GEO database. More tools and datasets can be added upon request.

DataAD provides the function of filtering and exporting gene expression matrix according to each dataset's clinical information. Users are able to define filters according to their needs, then export the filtered gene expression matrix, DataAD's capability will significantly ease the data manipulation effort of researchers when they need certain subgroups of patients.

TargetAD presents drug and target chemical information from multiple open resources and provide various visualizations supporting compiling AD drug target information and assisting with target enablement and druggability evaluation.
